YMCA Austin Northwest’s Explorer Point is centered around the theme of Groves and Caves. This theme reflects the surrounding area of YMCA Northwest as
well as highlights the unique grove just outside the front doors. Central to this theme are trees, caves, and natural colors such as greens and browns.
The 1700 sqft Explorer Point at Northwest YMCA is divided into five zones to support the needs of children ages 0- 12. These zones are divided into the following groups: Art & Programs; Baby Area (0-2); Active Play; Sensory & Reading Nook; STEM.
