Exhibit Fabricator
SUMMARY
Exhibit Fabricators create one of a kind interactive exhibits for museum and different institutions throughout the country. As part of the Design & Development group, an Exhibit Fabricator facilitates the construction of exhibits from initial prototypes to completed exhibits, improves upon existing exhibits, and provides support for the installation of exhibitions. The position
requires both collaborative work within project teams as well as independent work. An ability to work from schematics, sketches, or verbal descriptions is required. Willingness to work within project constraints is a must. The position reports to the Head of Fabrication, and works closely with exhibit developers, exhibit engineers, and project management.
Exhibit Engineer / Drafter
SUMMARY
Exhibit Engineers are the primary staff responsible for exhibit design and production. Although exhibit designs will come from many sources and fabrication may be accomplished in coordination with other staff or entities, exhibit engineers
ensure the functionality, reliability, safety, efficiency, and cost effectiveness of each exhibit. Exhibit engineering at the Process Curiosity emphasizes the design and building of interactive exhibits with complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing
systems within design, budget, and schedule to fulfill the needs of the project. Exhibit engineers are also expected to be knowledgeable of current technologies and professional standards and to have an active role in the maintenance and
improvement of existing exhibits, design practices, and documentation standards.
Chief Design Officer
SUMMARY
The CDO serves as the strategic and creative leader for Process Curiosity, guiding the design vision across the organization and ensuring it reflects our values of sparking curiosity and joy. This role leads the Creative Directors, supports their independent project leadership, and ensures all creative work aligns with our brand, values, and client goals. As a key member of the leadership team—working alongside the CEO and COO—the CDO also plays a role in shaping company strategy, fostering cross-department collaboration, and supporting business development efforts. While the CDO may lead select projects directly, the primary focus is guiding the studio’s creative, mentoring leadership-level creatives, and ensuring design excellence across all work.
