The fine print
We collect as little as we can, use it only to talk with you, and never sell it. Here are the details.

When you submit our contact form, we receive what you choose to share: your name, organization, email address, phone number, and details about your project, including the organization type, project stage, and budget range you select. If you email or call us directly, we receive whatever you include in that message.
Like most websites, we also collect limited usage data automatically through Google Analytics — things like pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you found us. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us.
We use contact information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if it goes somewhere, to work together. We use analytics data to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to distinguish visitors and measure traffic. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics entirely with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site works fine without cookies.
Our website runs on a server managed by our hosting provider. When you submit the contact form, the details you enter are sent to our team as an email through SendGrid (a Twilio email-delivery service); SendGrid handles delivery only and does not use your information for its own purposes. Analytics are provided by Google. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments. We share personal information with no one else, unless required by law.
We keep inquiry information as long as we need it to respond and maintain ordinary business records, then delete it. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just email info@processcuriosity.com and we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state or country's privacy laws; we honor reasonable requests regardless.
We build for kids, but this website is for the grown-ups who work with us. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
If this policy changes, we'll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
