The people
say hi →
Designers, engineers, fabricator-sculptors, strategists — and one very good dog. Every one of them under the same Salt Lake City roof.
Leadership
Your board will Google us. They should like what they find.

Founder & CEO
Former VP of Design & Programming at a major cultural destination. Two decades turning ambitious institutional visions into buildable, fundable realities — and the founder who still believes the best ideas come from the room, not from a lone genius.

Chief Design Officer
Former AVP of Exhibit Experience at the New York Hall of Science. Deep fluency in inquiry-based learning and visitor-centered design — the reason every Process Curiosity exhibit starts with who it's for, not what it's made of.

Chief Operating Officer
Scott has been fabricating highly thematic, immersive environments for over twenty years, including extensive work with Disney, Universal Studios, and major themed venues. He leads project work-planning, resource allocation, and the day-to-day operations of fabrication and project management — the discipline that turns design intent into durable, on-budget, installed reality. He is a Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI).

Strategy & Leadership Consultant
Jennifer was founding President and CEO of TELUS Spark in Calgary from 2008 to 2018. Her vision guided completion of the first new purpose-built science centre in Canada in over twenty-five years — a $160M capital project delivering 153,000 square feet, on time and under budget, with a $9M reserve retained for start-up stabilization. She led it from concept through operations and then lived seven years with every capital decision she had made. Her career began at Science North in Sudbury and included more than twenty years at the Ontario Science Centre — four decades, as it happens, on the Canadian side of the Great Lakes basin. BSc, Laurentian University; MBA, Schulich School of Business.

Consultant & Strategy Cartographer
Gretchen works primarily in strategic and experiential planning for Process Curiosity, after thirty years in formal and informal education as a teacher, writer, exhibit and program developer, and senior executive — at Griffith Observatory, the American Museum of Natural History, the Lawrence Hall of Science, and The Tech Interactive. As Chief Learning Officer at The Tech she was second-in-command, owned strategic plan implementation with the CEO and board, oversaw exhibition development, and managed a budget over $4 million. At the Lawrence Hall of Science she directed the Public Science Center and led the Hall's ten-year strategic plan. BA, Smith College; MA, University of Maryland; Noyce Leadership Institute Fellow. Clients consistently name her as the translator between education-world goals and the fabrication floor — the person who makes sure what educators mean is what fabricators build.
The whole crew
No subcontracted mystery labor — the people below design, engineer, and build every exhibit that leaves our shop.
