Our story
We've sat on
your side of
the table.
In plain terms: Process Curiosity plans, designs, and fabricates permanent exhibitions for museums, science centers, and cultural institutions, guiding clients from early planning through installation and navigating stakeholder approval and capital campaigns along the way.
Process Curiosity was founded by people who ran museums before they built for them. Our founder spent years leading design and programming inside a major cultural institution — living the board meetings, the capital campaigns, and the vendor disappointments firsthand.
The frustration that started this company: watching design firms disappear for months, then present concepts the institution had no hand in shaping. So we built the opposite — a firm where clients co-create every phase, where designers and fabricators share one roof, and where every hard-won lesson from inside museums gets spent protecting yours.
we got the scar tissue so you don't have to.
