Park strategic planning from bare dirt to master plan — site analysis, community listening, and a phased vision that a community can actually fund and build.
A three-day design charrette that brought a church congregation together on ways to move forward with the many phases of work, delivered as experiential planning and business consulting. Completed May 2018.
