An indoor treehouse playscape for a child development center — climbing wall, netted lookout, and a slide that makes drop-off the best part of the day.
Thinkery’s Del Valle outdoor preschool playground has three separate play-and-learning spaces, each designed for a specific age range — 0–18 months, 18 months–3 years, and 3–5 years — with the natural environment incorporated into the design. Completed September 2024.
What success looked like
Success was three outdoor play-and-learn spaces, each tuned to its own age group from 0–18 months to preschoolers, with the natural environment built into every one — part of the first-of-its-kind neighborhood museum Thinkery and Del Valle ISD ribbon-cut in September 2024.
